The Melisizwe Brothers are a Canadian soul‑power‑pop family band whose music has touched hearts around the world. Known for their rich harmonies, multi‑instrumental talent, and uplifting energy, they combine classic soul, Motown‑inspired sounds, and contemporary pop to create a timeless yet fresh musical experience.

Their rise to international recognition was sealed when they were crowned winners of America’s Most Musical Family, triumphing over 30 family bands to earn a recording contract. Their powerful performances captivated audiences and showcased their exceptional talent.

Beyond that landmark win, their journey includes appearances on major global media stages. They have performed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Showtime at the Apollo, The Steve Harvey Show, and during New Year’s Eve celebrations in Times Square. They’ve also appeared on shows like America’s Got Talent and the UK edition of Little Big Shots, and contributed vocals to the hit Netflix series Motown Magic.

Alongside their global releases and live performances, the brothers actively sharpen their craft through formal academic training at the world-renowned Berklee College of Music.  Marc is currently a 3rd-year Music Business degree student, driving the group's executive vision, strategic growth, and industry operations. Zacary is a 1st-year Music Production degree student, bringing cutting-edge audio engineering, arrangement, and modern studio techniques directly into their sound design. Their studies allow them to refine their sound, explore new creative directions, and merge academic excellence with real-world industry experience—strengthening both their artistry and their longevity as musicians. 

But music for them is more than performance — it’s about legacy. Through their Gold Mind Collective, they mentor young creatives, offer workshops and development opportunities, and aim to help the next generation of artists find their voice, grow in confidence, and make their mark.
